“作为历史研究的文学研究”:修正主义、后修正主义与莎士比亚历史剧

【摘要】：本文通过评述早期现代英格兰历史研究领域自1970年代以来经历的修正主义与后修正主义浪潮及相关的研究范式变化,关注范式变化如何促使某些历史研究者将以莎士比亚历史剧为代表的早期现代英格兰戏剧视为以政治交流及操控为目的的公共媒介,并将其纳入以撰写历史研究著述为目的而进行的跨学科研究中,讨论戏剧与后宗教改革英格兰社会中复杂的宗教-政治因素之间的互动。本文认为,通过学习与借鉴这种属于历史研究范畴的早期现代英格兰戏剧研究,文学研究者可以反思如何在承认文学作品"文学性"的历史性的同时,打破文学研究与历史研究之间的界限,同历史研究者一起进一步丰富早期现代英格兰社会文化图景的复杂性。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the wave of revisionism and post-revisionism experienced in the field of historical studies in early modern England since the 1970s and the related paradigm changes. Attention to how the paradigm change has prompted some historical researchers to regard the early modern English drama represented by Shakespeare's historical plays as a public medium for the purpose of political communication and manipulation. It is also included in the interdisciplinary study for the purpose of writing historical studies to discuss the interaction between drama and the complex religious and political factors in the post-religious reform of England society. This paper holds that by studying and drawing lessons from the early modern English drama studies, which belong to the category of historical studies, literary researchers can reflect on how to recognize the "literariness" of literary works at the same time. To break the boundary between literary and historical studies and to further enrich the complexity of the social and cultural picture of early modern England together with historical researchers.
