《赎罪》的空间叙事研究

【摘要】：《赎罪》是英国著名作家伊恩·麦克尤恩的重要作品之一。目前关于《赎罪》的研究有很多,然而用空间叙事理论研究该作品的相关文献却罕见,这就为进一步探索《赎罪》深层意义留下了空间。因此,本文主要从空间叙事视角来阐释《赎罪》中女主人公的犯罪形成和赎罪过程。本文结合加布里尔·佐伦与亨利·列斐伏尔的空间叙事理论,主要从地志空间、社会空间和心理空间三个维度来分析。地志空间为《赎罪》的情节发展提供了背景,烘托了气氛。社会空间在小说中主要体现在阶级偏见方面,这种偏见是导致犯罪形成的一个重要原因。而心理空间影响主人公的情感与性格,主要体现在她在赎罪过程中的心理变化,这一分析丰富了空间叙事研究的整体结构。通过对整部小说的解读,可以知道用空间元素来传达文本意义是至关重要的。总的来说,本文是一种新的尝试,通过分析小说中的空间元素,对主人公的犯罪形成和赎罪过程做了相对清晰的阐释。正是通过《赎罪》这部小说,作者麦克尤恩揭露了在社会历史背景下人性的堕落与自我救赎。
[Abstract]:Atonement is one of the most important works by Ian McEwing, a famous British writer. There are many researches on "atonement" at present, but it is rare to use spatial narrative theory to study the related literature of this work, which leaves room for further exploration of the deep meaning of "atonement". Therefore, this paper mainly from the perspective of spatial narrative to explain the crime formation and atonement process of the heroine in atonement. Based on Gabriel Zoran's and Henry Lefevere's theory of spatial narrative, this paper mainly analyzes the spatial narrative theory from three dimensions: the geodetic space, the social space and the psychological space. The space provides the background and atmosphere for the plot development of atonement. Social space in the novel is mainly reflected in class prejudice, which is an important cause of the formation of crime. The psychological space affects the emotion and character of the protagonist, mainly reflected in her psychological changes in the process of atonement. This analysis enriches the overall structure of the spatial narrative study. Through the interpretation of the whole novel, it is essential to use spatial elements to convey the meaning of the text. In general, this paper is a new attempt, through the analysis of the spatial elements in the novel, the protagonist's crime formation and atonement process have been explained relatively clearly. It is through atonement that McEwan reveals the depravity and self-redemption of human nature in the context of social history.
