韩国开放政府数据分析及其借鉴

【摘要】：[目的/意义]针对韩国开放政府数据展开研究,为推进我国开放政府数据进程提供参考。[方法/过程]利用文献调研和案例分析的研究方法,以韩国为例,通过对文献资料和网站内容的调查,获取一手资料阐述韩国开放政府数据的发展历程,探讨韩国开放政府数据管理体制和内容,并在此基础上分析韩国开放政府数据的特点。[结果/结论]提出完善开放数据管理体制、加强开放数据管理、注重国际合作、优先开放关键数据集、构建和修订相关法律法规的建议。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance: to study the open government data in Korea, and to provide a reference for promoting the process of open government data in China. [Methods / process] by using the method of literature investigation and case analysis, taking Korea as an example, through the investigation of literature and website content, the author obtains the first hand data to explain the development course of Korean open government data. This paper discusses the data management system and content of Korea's open government, and analyzes the characteristics of Korea's open government data. [Results / conclusion suggestions on perfecting open data management system, strengthening open data management, paying attention to international cooperation, giving priority to opening key data sets, constructing and revising relevant laws and regulations are put forward.
