库切的小说体自传三部曲研究—《男孩》、《青春》和《夏日》

【摘要】:约翰·马克斯维尔·库切是南非白人作家,用英语进行创作,获得了2003年的诺贝尔文学奖。他创作了多部手法各异的小说以及三部小说体自传:《男孩》、《青春》、《夏日》,后者构成了他的自传三部曲。库切的自传采用了脱离自传常规的手法,进行了小说化的创作,兼涉小说和自传两个文类。为此,研究者的争论集中在了三部作品为小说体自传还是自传体小说上。虽然三部作品各有特点,但有其明显的内部一致性,那就是库切的自传创作观念以及在认识自我的同时蕴涵的对南非历史和现实等问题的思考,小说体自传不仅扩展了自传的内容,形式上的翻新也增添了自传的魅力。 本文在前言部分提出了拟解决的中心问题,简述了国内外库切小说体自传的研究情况,说明了论文选题的意义和基本结构。正文部分主要分为三个部分。第一部分主要从自传理论中的自传定义和“自传契约”概念入手,确定了库切的三部作品的文类基本为自传,因而称为“小说体自传”似乎更为合适,并阐明了他的自传观念:小说化的自传更真实;第二部分通过分析三部小说体自传的叙述时态、叙述视角、叙述声音、隐含作者等几个方面的叙述策略,集中阐述了其是如何使内容与形式有机结合,达到很好的审美效果的;第三部分则从道德书写和后殖民创作语境两个方面,论述了库切小说化自传创作的深层动因。结语部分对全文进行了总结,指出库切身为后殖民作家在自传文本中融入了对南非历史和现实的思考,体现出作为一位杰出作家的责任感和正义感。
[Abstract]:John Maxville Kuche, a white South African writer who wrote in English, won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2003. He has written many novels with different techniques and three autobiographies: boys, Youth and Summer, which constitute the trilogy of his autobiography. Kuchi's autobiography adopts the method of breaking away from the routine of autobiography, carries on the novel creation, simultaneously involves the novel and the autobiography two categories. For this reason, the researchers focus on whether the three works are fiction autobiographies or autobiographical novels. Although each of the three works has its own characteristics, it has its obvious internal consistency, that is, Kutcher's concept of autobiography creation and his thinking on the history and reality of South Africa while understanding himself. The autobiography not only expands the content of autobiography, but also adds the charm of autobiography in form. In the preface, this paper puts forward the central problems to be solved, briefly describes the research situation of the autobiography of Kuchi's novels at home and abroad, and explains the significance and basic structure of the selected topic. The main body is divided into three parts. The first part mainly starts with the definition of autobiography and the concept of "autobiography contract" in autobiography theory, and determines that the literary categories of Kuchi's three works are basically autobiographies, so it seems more appropriate to call them "novel autobiography", and clarifies his concept of autobiography: the autobiography of novels is more real; The second part focuses on how to combine the content and form organically to achieve a good aesthetic effect by analyzing the narrative tense, narrative perspective, narrative voice, implied author and other aspects of the autobiography of the three novels; the third part discusses the deep motivation of Kutcher's autobiography creation from two aspects of moral writing and post-colonial creation context. The conclusion part summarizes the full text, and points out that Ku, as a postcolonial writer, has integrated his thinking on the history and reality of South Africa in the autobiography text, which reflects his sense of responsibility and justice as an outstanding writer.
