《傲慢与偏见》会话中性别差异的语用分析

　　语言的性别差异研究是社会语言学的重要课题之一。它已受到国内外越来越多语言研究者的关注,其研究几乎涉及所有语言在不同语言学层面上体现出来的性别差异。然而,运用语用学基本理论对小说会话中的性别差异进行研究尚是一个新的视角,也是一种有效途径。基于社会语言学和语用学理论研究成果,本文采用定性研究的方法对简·奥斯汀的小说《傲慢与偏见》会话中所体现出来的性别差异进行了语用分析。主要分析了会话中男女人物在遵守或违反格莱斯的合作原则,利奇的礼貌原则,布朗和列文森的面子保全理论方面的差异。通过分析,笔者的主要目的在于帮助人们更好地理解男女在会话中的不同策略及差异,以期对跨性别交际有一定的启示,从而促进两性之间的和谐对话。《傲慢与偏见》是简·奥斯汀的经典之作,通过对其中若干典型的对话片断的详细分析,作者发现:女性在会话中往往能够很好地遵守合作原则和礼貌原则,她们常常使用问题,请求,委婉的表达等语言策略提供真实、相关、充分的信息以维护会话的顺利进行,偶尔,出于礼貌需求、团结、情感等原因,她们会违背合作原则中的方式准则和质量准则。而男性则时常违反合作原则和礼貌原则,他们常常说话太长或太短,或者给予对方错误的或...
