【摘要】：目的系统评价牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索相关文献数据库,收集所有牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗PHN疗效及安全性的随机对照研究(RCT)。按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价质量后,采用Rev Man 5.2进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9个RCT,合计564例患者。Meta分析结果显示:1采用牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物组治疗PHN 7 d、14 d的疗效优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义,分别为[MD=2.13,95%CI(1.98,2.28),P0.00001]和[MD=2.54,95%CI(2.41,2.67),P0.00001]。2亚组分析显示7 d疗效仍然有显著性差异[MD=2.56,95%CI(2.38,2.73),P0.00001],牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物组优于常规治疗组。3两组间总不良反应发生率相似,差异无统计学意义[RR=0.69,95%CI(0.31,1.54),P=0.37]。结论现有研究结果初步提示,牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗PHN具有一定的短期疗效,且安全性较好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of vaccine-induced rabbit skin extract in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).
