【摘要】：目的了解北京市房山区大一男生艾滋病相关知识认知情况,为开展艾滋病干预工作提供依据。方法通过分层整群随机抽样的方法,利用微信扫码功能进行线上自主填写问卷。结果大一男生对"艾滋病的传播途径"等5项知识的知晓率分别为88.09%、83.27%、76.23%、10.21%和57.76%;获取艾滋病相关知识的主要途径为网络(78.05%)、电视(72.83%)和学校教育(72.48%)。异性恋者和双性恋者4项知识的知晓率高于同性恋者,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);除"与身边人的交谈"途径外,其他艾滋病相关知识来源途径所占比例比较,异性恋者、双性恋者均高于同性恋者,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论同性恋者获取艾滋病相关知识的途径少、知识水平偏低,预防艾滋病传播的能力较差,应给予高度关注。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge and cognition of AIDS among freshmen in Fangshan District, Beijing, and to provide the basis for AIDS intervention. Methods stratified cluster random sampling was used. Using the function of WeChat scanning to fill out the questionnaire on line independently. Results the awareness rate of 5 items of knowledge such as "the way of transmission of AIDS" was 88.09 / 83.27 and 76.23% respectively among the freshmen. 10.21% and 57.76; The main way to get AIDS-related knowledge is Internet 78.05). The awareness rate of 4 items of knowledge of heterosexual and bisexual persons was higher than that of homosexuals, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In addition to the "conversation with people around" channels, other AIDS-related knowledge sources in the proportion of the comparison, heterosexual, bisexual people are higher than homosexuals. Conclusion there are few ways for homosexuals to acquire AIDS-related knowledge, low knowledge level and poor ability to prevent the spread of AIDS, which should be paid close attention to.
