循证医学方法对咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣疗效的评价

【摘要】：目的对国内用5%咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效进行评价。方法随机选取2013年6月11日至2016年6月11日文献报道的用5%咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的患者为研究对象,应用循证学的方法,分析患者治愈率,文献检索库为中国知网,检索关键词为"咪喹莫特"和"尖锐湿疣",时间限定为2013年6月11日至2016年6月11日。结果共检索到文献96篇,严格执行纳入和排除标准,符合条件的文献有2篇,以治愈率为指标,研究结果发现,2篇文献中5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣的治愈率分别为86.5%、82.4%,均大于80.0%。结论研究表明,对尖锐湿疣采用咪喹莫特治疗的疗效较好,能够有效提高治愈率,可以为临床治疗尖锐湿疣提供有效的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of 5% imiquimod in treating condyloma acuminatum in China. Methods 5% imiquimod was used to treat condyloma acuminatum from June 11th 2013 to June 11th 2016. Patients with acute condyloma were studied. Evidence-based method was used to analyze the cure rate of patients. The literature retrieval database was Chinese knowledge net, and the key words were "Imiquimod" and "condyloma acuminatum". The time limit was from June 11th 2013 to June 11th 2016. Results A total of 96 articles were retrieved, and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were strictly followed. 2 articles were qualified, and the cure rate was taken as the index. The results showed that the cure rate of 5% imiquimod cream for condyloma acuminatum in the two articles was 86.5 and 82.4, respectively. Imiquimod is effective in treating condyloma acuminatum and can effectively improve the cure rate and provide effective reference for clinical treatment of condyloma acuminatum.
