结核性胸膜炎治疗研究进展

【摘要】：结核性胸膜炎是结核分枝杆菌引起的胸膜炎症病变。由于发现晚,治疗不及时等原因常导致胸膜粘连、包裹、肥厚,造成患者限制性肺通气功能障碍,早期发现并全身抗结核化疗是减少病情恶化及并发症的关键,在治疗过程中多采用穿刺抽液留置中心静脉导管微创引流术,胸腔灌洗、免疫、中西医结合治疗等方法,作者参考近期国内外文献对常规治疗方法和药物、免疫治疗和中西医结合治疗3个方面进行综述。
[Abstract]:Tuberculous pleurisy is a disease of pleuritis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Due to late discovery and late treatment, it often leads to pleural adhesion, encapsulation and hypertrophy, resulting in restricted pulmonary ventilation dysfunction. Early detection and systemic antituberculous chemotherapy are the key to reduce the deterioration and complications of the disease. In the course of treatment, the central venous catheter drainage, thoracic lavage, immunization and integrated Chinese and western medicine are often used in the course of treatment, such as minimally invasive drainage, thoracic lavage, immunization, and combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, etc. The author reviewed the three aspects of routine treatment and medicine, immunotherapy and integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy with reference to recent literature at home and abroad.
