HBD-2在寻常疣中的表达和意义

【摘要】：目的：通过研究HBD-2在寻常疣皮损中的表达，探讨HBD-2与寻常疣发病的关系。方法：25例寻常疣患者皮肤活检标本均来自我院门诊，男性15例，女性10例，年龄均在30-65岁，平均47.5岁，病程20天±130天，取20例寻常型银屑病患者作为阳性对照组，男性10例，女性10例，年龄在20-60岁，平均40岁，所有标本经10%的福尔马林液固定，石蜡包埋，常规HE染色，组织病理确诊。正常皮肤组织来自我院整形手术切除的外观正常的皮肤，其中男性5例，女性10例，年龄30-56岁，平均年龄43岁。入选所有病例3个月内未接受免疫疗法及其他治疗，且排除自身免疫性疾病和其他感染性疾病，妊娠期及哺乳期患者未纳入本研究。采用免疫组化SP法检测25例寻常疣皮损组织、20例寻常型银屑病皮损组织、15例正常皮肤组织石蜡标本中HBD-2表达情况，，计算免疫组化染色的平均灰密度值，并进行统计学分析。结果： 1. HBD-2在寻常疣患者与寻常型银屑病患者中均有表达，正常皮肤为少量至阴性表达。 2.寻常疣患者与寻常型银屑病患者相比，HBD-2水平低于寻常型银屑病阳性对照组，较正常人皮肤组织表达高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）结论：HBD-2可能参与寻常疣免疫调节过程，可能与寻常疣的发病有一定关系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of HBD-2 in the lesions of verruca vulgaris and to explore the relationship between HBD-2 and the pathogenesis of verruca vulgaris. Methods the skin biopsy specimens of 25 patients with verruca vulgaris were collected from outpatient clinic of our hospital, 15 males and 10 females, aged 30-65 years (mean 47.5 years), the course of disease was 20 days 卤130 days. 20 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were taken as positive control group, 10 cases of males. Ten cases of female, aged 20-60 years, with an average of 40 years old, were fixed with 10%% formalin solution, embedded in paraffin, stained by routine HE, and confirmed by histopathology. The normal skin tissue was obtained from the normal appearance skin removed by plastic surgery in our hospital. There were 5 males and 10 females, aged 30-56 years, with an average age of 43. All the patients were not treated with immunotherapy or other treatment within 3 months, and autoimmune diseases and other infectious diseases were excluded. The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of HBD-2 in 20 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 15 cases of normal skin tissue. The average grey density of immunohistochemical staining was calculated and analyzed statistically. Results:. 1. HBD-2 was expressed in both verruca vulgaris and psoriasis vulgaris. 2. The level of HBD-2 in patients with verruca vulgaris and psoriasis vulgaris was lower than that in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and the expression of HBD-2 was higher in patients with verruca vulgaris than in patients with psoriasis vulgaris (P 0.05). Conclusion the immune regulation of verruca vulgaris may be involved in the immunomodulation process.
