【摘要】：正带状疱疹皮损多沿单侧神经分布,多见于三叉神经或肋间神经,也可见于其他部位,症状严重者可引起相应部位的急性疼痛(AHP)和损害(簇性粟粒大丘疹、水疱、坏死、结痂)~([1,2])。年龄和基础疾病是公认的AHP发病危险因素~([3~5])。合并基础疾病的老年带状疱疹患者的疱疹大小、疱疹密集度比无原发病
