布鲁杆菌病持续高发原因及解决方案

【摘要】：正布鲁杆菌病(布病)不但严重影响人民群众的身体健康和畜牧业生产,还从更深层次产生了负面效应,一是布病导致的食品安全问题由潜在性上升到显性的公共卫生问题;二是布病导致经济纠纷、职业病、法律诉讼增多。本文试图从农民的生活行为与感染布病的关系、人畜布病发生与管理部门职责、布病的防控手段等角度分析人布病发病持续增高原因,同时提出解决方案。1生活行为与布病发生的关系1.1出卖疫畜养殖是经济行为,农民为了经济利益
[Abstract]:Positive brucellosis (brucellosis) not only seriously affects the people's health and animal husbandry production, but also produces negative effects from deeper level. First, the food safety problem caused by brucellosis increases from latent to explicit public health problems. Second, cloth disease causes economic disputes, occupational diseases, and the increase of legal proceedings. This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between farmers' living behavior and infection of cloth diseases, the occurrence of cloth diseases in human and livestock, and the responsibilities of the management departments. This paper analyzes the causes of the continuous increase in the incidence of brucellosis from the point of view of prevention and control of brucellosis, and puts forward a solution for the relationship between life behavior and the occurrence of brucellosis 1.1 selling out livestock breeding is economic behavior, and farmers are doing it for the benefit of economy.
