【摘要】：正患者,女,20岁。因被发现意识不清5 h于2016年8月13日入院。患者于2016年8月12日晚上突然出现行走不稳并摔倒,随即出现神志不清。立即送往当地医院,体格检查见瞳孔偏小,对光反射消失,双肺可闻及大量干湿性Up音,当地医院急查颅
[Abstract]:The patient, 20 years old, was admitted to hospital on August 13, 2016, after being found unconscious for 5 hours. The patient suddenly appeared unstable walking and fell down on the night of August 12, 2016. She was immediately taken to the local hospital. Physical examination showed that the pupils were small, the light reflex disappeared, both lungs could be heard and a large number of dry and wet up sounds were heard, and the local hospital was searching for cranium.
