布洛芬缓释胶囊缓解尿道内尖锐湿疣患者光动力治疗疼痛效果观察

【摘要】：目的探讨尿道内尖锐湿疣患者行光动力治疗前口服布洛芬缓释胶囊对治疗疼痛的缓解作用。方法 153例尿道内尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组78例和对照组75例,2组均给予5-盐酸氨酮戊酸-光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治疗,每次照射20 min,每7~10d重复1次,共治疗3次;观察组在每次ALA-PDT治疗前30min口服布洛芬缓释胶囊0.3g。分别于光照5min及治疗完成后30 min行线性视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS);于治疗完成后2周评估疣体完全清除率,6个月评估复发率,并进行比较。结果观察组、对照组疣体完全清除率分别为85.9%和84.0%,复发率分别为14.9%和12.5%,2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗5min及治疗完成后30min观察组VAS评分(4.55±1.07、2.09±0.74)均低于对照组(5.57±1.08、3.32±0.97),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论尿道内尖锐湿疣患者行ALA-PDT治疗前30min口服布洛芬缓释胶囊可缓解ALA-PDT治疗疼痛,且不影响治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the analgesic effect of ibuprofen sustained release capsule before photodynamic therapy in patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethra. Methods 153 patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethra were randomly divided into observation group (n = 78) and control group (n = 75). All patients were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapeutics (5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapeutic ALA-PDT). In the observation group, 30min was orally administered with ibuprofen sustained release capsule 0.3 g before each ALA-PDT treatment. The linear visual analogue score (LVAS) and the complete clearance rate of warts were evaluated 2 weeks after treatment and 30 min after treatment, respectively, and the recurrence rate was evaluated at 6 months and compared. Results in the observation group, the complete clearance rate of warts in the control group was 85.9% and 84.0%, the recurrence rate was 14.9% and 12.5U, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the VAS score of the 30min observation group was 4.55 卤1.07 卤2.09 卤0.74, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (5.57 卤1.083.32 卤0.997). Conclusion Ibuprofen sustained release capsule (Ibuprofen) orally administered to patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethra before ALA-PDT treatment can relieve pain of ALA-PDT and does not affect the therapeutic effect.
