自体肝移植治疗肝泡型包虫病经济负担研究

【摘要】：目的针对终末期肝泡型包虫病(HAE)患者实施自体肝移植(ALT)治疗,探索其疾病经济负担及其影响因素。方法收集2010年8月—2017年2月在新疆某三甲教学医院住院并行ALT术治疗的51例HAE患者的临床资料及各项费用数据,计算患者直接经济负担和间接经济负担,并对其影响因素进行单因素分析。结果 51例ALT术治疗的HAE患者经济负担为447 128.89元;其中直接经济负担257 943.45元(直接医疗费用为257 292.09元、直接非医疗费用为651.36元),占57.54%;间接经济负担189 834.06元,占42.46%。住院天数、年龄和职业等是影响患者住院费用的重要因素。结论 ALT术是一种有效解决终末期HAE的创新外科治疗方法,其疾病直接经济负担占的比重较高。通过以预防为主的同时针对接受ALT术的HAE患者加强医疗保障力度和提高救助标准等措施减轻患者的经济负担。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the economic burden of liver disease and its influencing factors in patients with end-stage hepatic alveolar hydatid disease (HAE) treated with autologous liver transplantation (ALT). Methods from August 2010 to February 2017, the clinical data and various cost data of 51 patients with HAE who were hospitalized and treated with ALT in a teaching hospital of Xinjiang from August 2010 to February 2017 were collected, and the direct economic burden and indirect economic burden of the patients were calculated. The influencing factors were analyzed by single factor analysis. Results the economic burden of 51 HAE patients treated with ALT was 447 128.89 yuan, of which the direct financial burden was 257 943.45 yuan (the direct medical cost was 257 292.09 yuan, the direct non-medical cost was 651.36 yuan (57.54 yuan), and the indirect economic burden was 189 834.06 yuan (42.46%). The days of hospitalization, age and occupation are important factors affecting the cost of hospitalization. Conclusion ALT is an effective and innovative surgical treatment for end-stage HAE, and its direct economic burden is high. In order to alleviate the economic burden of HAE patients undergoing ALT operation, the measures of strengthening medical security and improving the standard of relief were taken to reduce the economic burden of the patients.
