【摘要】：正假鼻疽病是由假鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌引起的地方性传染病,在东南亚和澳洲等热带区域流行。我国疫源地主要分布在海南、广东、广西等南部地区。病情一般较为严重,病死率高达30%~90%[1]。其他地方罕有报道,本研究对南京地区发现的1例假鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染病例报告如下。1病例资料患者,男,39岁,长期住新加坡。因"发热2个月"入院。2014年8月出现发热,热峰在39~40℃,发
