延误诊治的一个家庭聚集性感染艾滋病案例分析

【摘要】：患者女,22岁。外阴反复疣状丘疹2年,迅速增多增大半月。4年前妊娠3月时患带状疱疹后遗留神经痛及瘢痕。外阴见疣状丘疹、斑块、肿物,口腔见白色假膜。HIV抗体阳性,CD4~+细胞138个/μL。诊断:1巨大型尖锐湿疣;2艾滋病;3口腔念珠菌病。患者发生带状疱疹1周后其配偶患水痘,遗留萎缩性瘢痕。HIV抗体阳性,CD4~+细胞146个/μL。诊断:艾滋病。3岁女儿外阴见疣状丘疹。HIV抗体阳性,CD4~+细胞138个/μL。诊断:1尖锐湿疣;2艾滋病。
[Abstract]:The patient was 22 years old. Vulva repeated verrucous papules for 2 years, rapidly increased half a month. 4 years ago pregnancy 3 months after suffering from herpes zoster left neuralgia and scar. Verrucous papules, plaques, masses were seen in vulva and 138 / 渭 L cells were found in oral cavity. Diagnosis of 1 giant condyloma acuminatum 2 / AIDS / 3 oral candidiasis. One week after the onset of herpes zoster, his or her spouse developed varicella and left atrophic scar. HIV antibody positive CD4 ~ cells were 146 / 渭 L. Diagnosis: verrucous papules were found in vulva of 3 years old daughter of AIDS. 138 / 渭 L of CD4 ~ cells were positive for HIV antibody. Diagnosis: 1 Condyloma acuminatum, 2 AIDS.
