北京市男男性行为者入群原因及其相关特点分析

【摘要】：目的了解北京市男男性行为者(MSM)入群原因构成,分析其与人口学、行为学及艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率等的关系,对未来防艾干预工作和社会宣传的开展提供依据。方法采用同伴推动抽样法(RDS)进行横断面调查,通过问卷收集社会人口学、成为MSM的原因、HIV感染高危行为等信息,并采集血液进行HIV检测。结果在调查的600名MSM中,成为MSM的原因为好奇者201人(33.5%)、天生者393人(65.5%)、其他6人(1.0%),平均年龄为(32.8±9.2)岁;天生组未婚比例(74.8%)高于好奇组(60.2%)(χ2=16.113,P=0.000);在文化程度和收入水平上,天生组均优于好奇组(均P0.01);在性取向上,好奇组MSM中双性性取向比例(52.7%)高于天生组(19.6%)(χ2=68.529,P=0.000);在肛交性行为上,好奇组做1(38.9%)比例大于天生组(30.6%)(χ2=10.415,P=0.005),而有固定肛交性伴的比例(62.5%)低于天生组(71.2%)(χ2=4.249,P=0.039);好奇组77.6%的MSM曾经与女性发生过性行为,高于天生组的38.4%(χ2=81.789,P=0.000);在政策知识上,好奇组均较天生组差(均P0.05),对于HIV免费检测地点的知晓程度也低于天生组(P0.05);好奇组的HIV感染率(14.4%)高于天生组(8.1%)(χ2=5.701,P=0.017)。结论不同原因成为MSM者在HIV传播风险上作用大小不同,因好奇成为MSM者社会地位较低,安全意识较弱,HIV感染率更高,HIV传播的桥梁作用更为明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the causes of MSM (MSM) entry in Beijing, and to analyze the relationship between MSM and population, behavior and HIV infection rate, so as to provide the basis for AIDS prevention intervention and social propaganda in the future. Methods Peer-driven sampling method was used to conduct cross-sectional investigation, and social demography was collected by questionnaire, which became the cause of MSM infection high risk behavior, and blood samples were collected for HIV detection. Results among the 600 MSM subjects surveyed, the reasons for becoming MSM were: 201 curious, 65.5, 65.5, 1.0, 32.8 卤9.2 years of age, 74.8% of unmarried in the born group, 60.2% in the curious group (蠂 216.113P0.000, 蠂 216.113, P 0.000). Conclusion the risk of MSM transmission is different in different reasons, and the role of curiosity as a bridge to HIV transmission is more obvious than that of MSM patients with lower social status, lower safety awareness and higher HIV infection rate.
