我国血吸虫病传染源快速检测技术的需求与发展

【摘要】:血吸虫病是一种严重危害人类健康的人畜共患寄生虫病,传染源的快速侦检是血吸虫病防治的关键。随着我国血吸虫病的有效控制,传染源检测技术也不断得到更新。目前,我国绝大部分血吸虫病流行区均已进入传播控制阶段,人畜感染率和感染强度明显下降,传统的病原学检测方法和常规免疫学技术难以满足现阶段对血吸虫病传染源快速检测的需求,血吸虫病基本消除阶段对检测方法的敏感性、特异性、稳定性,以及在快捷、简便和成本等方面提出了更高的要求。近年来,许多改良或新型检测技术开始应用到血吸虫病传染源的检测工作中,如自动显微图像扫描、PCR-ELISA、免疫传感检测技术和环介导同温扩增核酸检测技术等。新型血吸虫病传染源快速检测技术的研发,可为我国血吸虫病传染源快速检测技术的发展打开新的空间。
[Abstract]:Schistosomiasis is a zoonotic parasitic disease which is seriously harmful to human health, and the rapid detection of the source of infection is the key to the prevention and control of schistosomiasis. With the effective control of schistosomiasis in China, the detection technology of source of infection has been continuously updated. At present, the majority of schistosomiasis endemic areas in China have entered the stage of transmission and control, and the infection rate and intensity of human and livestock infection have decreased obviously. Traditional etiological detection methods and routine immunological techniques are difficult to meet the needs of rapid detection of schistosomiasis infection sources at present, and the sensitivity, specificity, stability and rapidity of detection methods in the basic elimination stage of schistosomiasis japonicum, Simple and cost aspects put forward higher requirements. In recent years, many improved or new detection techniques have been applied to the detection of schistosomiasis infection sources, such as automatic microscopic image scanning PCR-ELISA-ELISA, immunosensor detection and cycline-mediated nucleic acid detection at the same temperature. The development of new rapid detection technology for schistosomiasis infection can open a new space for the rapid detection of schistosomiasis infection source in China.
