合肥市某高校252名学生艾滋病知识行为调查分析

【摘要】：目的自从1981年被发现以来，艾滋病在全世界迅速、广泛地传播。特别是近年来青年学生群体的艾滋病病毒感染率呈上升趋势。为了解大学生人群对艾滋病及其预防和治疗知识的认知程度，对艾滋病病毒携带者和病人的相关态度以及学校和社会关于艾滋病知识的宣传教育现状，特作本次问卷调查。其目的是了解当前大学生群体艾滋病知识掌握程度及渠道，找出薄弱环节，为学校及公共卫生部门提供依据，针对大学生开展防治知识宣传教育工作，为政府部门制定艾滋病防治及宣传教育规划和措施提供参考依据。方法本研究采用随机整群抽样，在合肥市一所高校内按照不同专业、班级随机抽取252名学生作为调查样本。在调查对象知情同意和保密的原则下，进行匿名自填式问卷调查，调查内容包括：一般人口学特征，艾滋病知识、艾滋病相关行为、性行为状况、艾滋病宣传服务、艾滋病信息获取情况等，并进行了预调查，，艾滋病的传播途径、诊断标准等依照《流行病学》（人民卫生出版社，第七版）和《传染病学》（人民卫生出版社，第七版）。结果被调查大学生群体的艾滋病基本知识问题回答正确率为70.98%，防治知识问题回答正确率为32.74%。群体对于19个关于艾滋病基本知识的问题中，有4个问题的回答正确率不足50%；对于7个关于艾滋病诊断和治疗的问题，有4个回答正确率不足20%；有156名学生（63.16%）对艾滋病患者有恐惧感；艾滋病对人体的危害和预防方法是大学生最希望了解的艾滋病知识；有178名学生愿意参加艾滋病健康教育活动。结论青少年学生性观念已经发生较明显的变化，但预防艾滋病知识普遍缺乏。在青少年中开展预防艾滋病健康教育十分必要。大学生群体获取信息的渠道比以往更丰富。应强化政策宣传力度，加大艾滋病校园健康宣教投入，努力使艾滋病防治知识传播的专业化、系统化、多渠道化；利用各种大学生喜闻乐见的形式，宣传防艾常识，提高青年学生的艾滋病防治工作效果。
[Abstract]:Objective since its discovery in 1981, AIDS has spread rapidly and widely throughout the world. Especially in recent years, the rate of HIV infection among young students is on the rise. In order to understand the cognition of college students about AIDS and their knowledge of prevention and treatment, the attitudes of HIV carriers and patients, and the present situation of propaganda and education on AIDS knowledge in schools and society, the questionnaire survey was conducted. The purpose of the study is to understand the degree and channels of AIDS knowledge among college students, to find out the weak links, to provide the basis for schools and public health departments, and to carry out publicity and education work on prevention and control knowledge for college students. For government departments to formulate AIDS prevention and education programs and measures to provide reference. Methods in this study, 252 students were randomly selected from different majors in a university in Hefei. Under the principle of informed consent and confidentiality, an anonymous self-filled questionnaire survey was conducted, which included: general demographic characteristics, AIDS knowledge, AIDS-related behavior, sexual status, and AIDS promotion services. According to Epidemiology (people's Health Publishing House, Seventh Edition) and Infectious Diseases (people's Health Publishing House, 7th Edition). Results the correct answer rate of AIDS basic knowledge question was 70.98 and the correct rate of prevention and cure knowledge was 32.74. Of the 19 questions on basic AIDS knowledge, 4 had less than 50 correct answers; for 7 questions about the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS, There are 4 students with a correct answer rate of less than 20; 156 students with 63.16) have a fear of AIDS patients; AIDS harm to human body and prevention methods are the most desired AIDS knowledge of college students; 178 students are willing to participate in AIDS health education activities. Conclusion the sexual concept of adolescent students has changed obviously, but the knowledge of AIDS prevention is generally lacking. It is very necessary to carry out health education on AIDS prevention among young people. College students have more access to information than ever before. We should strengthen the policy propaganda, increase the input of AIDS campus health education, make great efforts to make AIDS prevention and control knowledge dissemination specialized, systematized and multi-channel, and use all kinds of university students' favorite form to propagate the common sense of AIDS prevention. To improve the effectiveness of AIDS prevention and treatment of young students.
