【摘要】：正临床资料患者,女,68岁。主因面、颈部红斑40年余,鼻部破溃、糜烂2年余,于2013年2月就诊。40余年前患者左侧面部外伤后局部出现红褐色米粒大丘疹,皮损渐增大增多,延及鼻部、右侧面部及颈部,并相互融合成片,因无明显不适,患者一直未予处理。近2年鼻部皮损反复破溃、糜烂,伤口不易愈合,但未累及鼻腔,不影响呼吸。患者自用药粉(成分不明)无效。既往无特殊病史,否认有结核病史。家族成员
