南京市某浴池男男性行为者安全套使用及影响因素调查

【摘要】：目的了解南京某浴池男男性行为(MSM)人群危险行为、安全套使用情况及影响因素,为干预策略提供依据。方法采用知情同意的原则,在某MSM浴池开展问卷调查和自愿咨询检测,对安全套使用的影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果调查对象最近一次与同性发生肛交使用安全套的比例是67.2%,最近6个月与同性发生肛交坚持使用安全套的比例为13.5%。年龄≤30岁(OR=2.24)、既往做过HIV检测(OR=2.04)、最近1周肛交次数≤2(OR=2.00)、最近1年接受过艾滋病预防干预(OR=3.16),是影响浴池MSM使用安全套的保护性因素。结论浴池MSM最近6个月与同性发生肛交行为坚持使用安全套的比例较低,需要加大干预力度,大力宣传并推广安全套的使用。
