Wood灯检查在皮肤真菌感染诊断中的应用体会

【摘要】：目的探讨Wood灯检查在皮肤真菌感染诊断中的应用价值。方法将我院收治的部分皮肤浅部真菌感染的400例患者作为研究对象,取患者病变典型的部位使用Wood灯和直接镜检。结果 Wood灯检查花斑糠疹和马拉色菌毛囊炎阳性率较高,手足体癣、甲真菌病、头癣的阳性率低于真菌直接镜检结果,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论使用Wood灯诊断花斑糠疹、马拉色菌毛囊炎具有较好的准确性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of Wood lamp examination in the diagnosis of fungal infection of skin. Methods 400 patients with superficial skin fungal infection in our hospital were used as the research object. The Wood lamp and direct microscopic examination were used for the typical lesions of the patients. Results the Wood lamp was used to examine the positive rate of the folliculitis of the pityriasis and Malassezia, and the hand and foot body. The positive rate of tinea capitis, onychomycosis and tinea capitis was lower than that of direct microscopic examination of fungi. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the use of Wood lamp for the diagnosis of pityriasis, Malassezia Folliculitis has good accuracy.
