关于普通感冒发病机制的新思考

【摘要】：目前,人们把受凉-抵抗力下降-病毒感染看作是感冒的发病过程。受凉后人可以很快感冒,但人体抵抗力能很快降低吗?病毒会如此快速繁殖吗?自然界任何物质都会因温度而热胀冷缩,进化到最高等恒温动物的人,在受到寒冷刺激时不仅有"冷缩"反应,其自组织系统更有适应环境的生物反应。这是保证内环境稳定的必然要求。所以,感冒是人体对温度这样的物理刺激所表现的生理防御调节,而非病毒感染。感冒不需要抗病毒治疗,改善环境温度就可以缓解或终止感冒症状。生理调节过度引发的自身免疫性疾病同样可以自限而无需特别治疗。通过自组织系统辩证可知,感冒过程是机体对冷刺激的反应性调节,并且机体在过度炎热时同样会做出相应的应答,中暑正是这一反向调节过程,是自组织系统对热的应激反应。

People who have evolved into the most advanced thermostatic animals have not only "cold contraction" reaction when they are stimulated by cold, but also the self-organizing system has the biological response to adapt to the environment. This is a necessary requirement to ensure the stability of the internal environment. So colds are the body's physiological defense against physical stimuli such as temperature, not viral infections. Cold does not need antiviral treatment, improve environmental temperature can alleviate or stop cold symptoms. Autoimmune diseases caused by excessive physiological regulation can also be self-limiting without special treatment. Through self-organizing system dialectical, the cold process is the body's reactive regulation to the cold stimulation, and the body also can make the corresponding response in the excessive heat, heatstroke is this one reverse regulation process, Is the self-organizing system of heat stress response.
