布氏杆菌性脊柱炎致脊髓压迫症1例报告

【摘要】：正1资料患者,男,72岁,因"双下肢麻木无力3 d"于2014年5月20日入郑州大学附属郑州中心医院。患者半年前有"发热"病史,主要是弛张热,伴多汗,乏力,因患者来自疫区,故当时就诊于河南省疾病控制中心,行血清布氏杆菌凝集试验为阳性,诊断为"布氏杆菌病",口服"利福平及复方磺胺甲VA唑"等治疗30 d,体温正常,自行停药;50 d前再次出现类似发热,体温最高达40℃,伴胸背部持续性钝痛,活动、负重时加重,当时曾在我院门诊查胸椎MRI
[Abstract]:Zheng 1 patient, male, 72 years old, was admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University on May 20, 2014 because of "numbness and weakness of both lower limbs for 3 days". The patient had a history of "fever" half a year ago. It was mainly relaxation fever, accompanied by excessive sweating and fatigue. Since the patient came from the epidemic area, he was visited at the Center for Disease Control in Henan Province at that time, and the serum brucellosis agglutination test was positive. It was diagnosed as "brucellosis" and was treated with rifampicin and compound sulfamethazol for 30 days. The body temperature was normal and the fever was similar again 50 days before withdrawal.
