疟原虫与病毒混合感染的研究进展

【摘要】：疟疾是以疟原虫为病原体,以按蚊为媒介传播的虫媒传染病。疟疾在全球均有分布,以非洲最为严重。在疟疾流行区还有某些能引起感染性疾病的病毒存在,其中较常见的有人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、EB病毒(EBV)、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、登革病毒(DENV)以及高致死性的埃博拉病毒,因此疟原虫和病毒混合感染的现象较为常见,对于两者之间混合感染的相互作用关系及机制的研究已受到广泛关注。本文就疟原虫和一些常见病毒混合感染的研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract]:Malaria is an insect-borne infectious disease with malaria parasite as pathogen and Anopheles mosquito as vector. Malaria is distributed globally, with Africa the worst. In malaria-endemic areas, there are also viruses that can cause infectious diseases, including the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), (EBV), virus, (HBV), dengue virus (DENV) and highly lethal Ebola virus. Therefore, the co-infection of Plasmodium and virus is more common, and the study on the interaction and mechanism of the mixed infection between the two has been paid more and more attention. This article reviews the research progress of malaria parasite and some common viruses.
