河口县跨境越南媳妇高危性行为及多性伴对比分析

【摘要】：目的了解跨境越南媳妇的高危性行为及其特征,为防控提供依据。方法 2015年3月,由经培训的双语外展人员,采用立意抽样的方法,选取河口县越南媳妇(事实或登记婚姻半年以上)为调查对象,进行横断面调查,了解人口学特征、高危性行为及多性伴(2个)情况。资料采用Excel 2007录入,SPSS 22.0统计软件进行分析。结果共调查86人,第一次性行为平均年龄(17.5±1.9)岁;跨境前后多性伴者分别占23.3%(20人)、72.1%(62人);最近一次性行为使用安全套者占46.5%(40人);HIV阳性1例,占1.2%。第一次性行为年龄、婚姻状况、结婚时间长短、有无小孩的多性伴情况差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论河口县跨境越南媳妇高危性行为及多性伴现象普遍存在,是潜在造成艾滋病病毒(HIV)在边境双侧传播蔓延的危险因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the high-risk sexual behavior and its characteristics of cross-border Vietnamese wives and to provide evidence for prevention and control. Methods in March 2015, Vietnamese wife (fact or registered marriage for more than half a year) in Hecou County was selected by the trained bilingual outreaching staff to carry out cross-sectional investigation to understand the demographic characteristics. High risk sexual behavior and multiple sexual partners (2). Data were analyzed by Excel 2007 input SPSS 22. 0 statistical software. Results the average age of the first sexual intercourse was (17.5 卤1.9) years old, the average age of the first sexual intercourse was (17.5 卤1.9) years old, the proportion of cross border sexual partners was 23. 3% (20), and the rate of condom use was 46. 5% (40) and 1. 2%, respectively. The age of sexual intercourse, marital status, length of marriage, and sexual partners with or without children were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion the high risk sexual behavior and sexual partners of cross-border Vietnamese wives are common in Hekou County, which is one of the potential risk factors for the spread of HIV (HIV) in both sides of the border.
