利奈唑胺对耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌感染患者降钙素原水平的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨利奈唑胺对耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant staphylococcus,MRS)感染患者降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平影响。方法选择在上海市第五人民医院急诊科入院治疗的85例对MRS感染患者进行分组作对照研究,对照组42例患者予万古霉素进行治疗,研究组43例患者予利奈唑胺治疗,2w为1个疗程。对比分析2组患者的治疗效果,探究利奈唑胺抗生素对MRS感染患者PCT水平影响。结果 2组退热时间、细菌清除时间、细菌清除率及48h病死率比较差异无统计学意义。研究组ICU治疗时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,研究组PCT及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论利奈唑胺对MRS感染患者血清降钙素原水平有显著降低的作用,具有较好的临床治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of linazolamide on the level of procalcitonin (procalcitonin,PCT) in patients with methicillin-resistant staphylococci (methicillin resistant staphylococcus,MRS) infection. Methods Eighty-five patients with MRS infection who were admitted to the emergency department of Shanghai Fifth people's Hospital were divided into two groups: control group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42) treated with vancomycin. In the study group, 43 patients were treated with linazolamide for 2 weeks as a course of treatment. To explore the effect of linazolamide antibiotics on PCT level in patients with MRS infection. Results there was no significant difference in antipyretic time, bacterial clearance rate and 48 h mortality between the two groups. The treatment time of ICU in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 2. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. After treatment, the levels of PCT and C-reactive protein (C-reactive protein,CRP) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the serum procalcitonin level in patients with MRS infection was significantly decreased by lenazolamide and had a good clinical effect.
