【摘要】：正布鲁菌心内膜炎是布鲁菌病少见的并发症,文献报道发生率不足2%,但却为导致布鲁菌病患者死亡的主要原因~([1-2])。本文报道2例布鲁菌心内膜炎患者的临床资料并文献复习,以望增加对这一少见病的认识。1临床资料例1:患者女,河北邢台人,57岁,自由职业。因"发热、消瘦3个月"于2014年8月收入院。入院前3个月,患者无明显诱因出现发热伴寒战,体温最高39℃,当时无系统感染表现,于
