银川市孕妇及小月龄婴儿麻疹抗体水平调查
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of measles antibody among pregnant women and infants of young month (0 ~ 7 months) in Yinchuan city, and to provide scientific basis for making measles immunization strategy and prevention and control measures. Methods six investigation sites (community health service station and township health center) were selected in every county, city and district in the whole city, 2 people were collected randomly at each survey point, 84 people were completed in each county and district, and 504 people were investigated in the whole city. In every county, city, district hospital and obstetrics department, 20 pairs of parturient and newborn were collected, 20 pairs were completed in each county and district, and 120 pairs were investigated in the whole city. A total of 744 people were investigated, blood samples were collected, measles IgG antibody was detected, and the survey was carried out to analyze the status of measles antibody level. Results (1) the positive rate of measles IgG antibody in 120 healthy pregnant women was 71.67 and the geometric mean concentration of (GMC) was 263.81 mIU/ml.. There was significant difference in the positive rate of Ig G antibody among different age groups of pregnant women (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (6.062P) 0.048). (_ 2). The positive rate of Ig G antibody in 7-month-old infants was 76.67 and 51.430.000 respectively. 19.72 and 18.92 about 14.93. Different regions (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2), different nationalities (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (6.930), different months (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (2) 2.921 ~ (1) P ~ (0.001), different delivery modes (蠂 ~ (2) ~ 2 ~ (24.250), There was significant difference in the positive rate of measles antibody among infants (P 0.001). Conclusion the level of measles antibody of pregnant women and infants in Yinchuan city is lower. It is suggested that MV should be re-inoculated before marriage and a new vaccine should be developed in order to reduce the incidence of measles in infants.
