河南省开封市育龄妇女与婴儿麻疹抗体水平调查分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the measles antibody level among childbearing women and infants in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, and to explore the strategy of measles immunization prevention in high incidence population. Methods Elisa (ELISA) was used to detect measles IgG antibody level in childbearing women and infants in Kaifeng city. Results among 740 infants, the positive rate of measles IgG antibody was 45.00, and the protective rate of measles antibody was 22.57. The geometric mean concentration of (GMC) of measles antibody GMC of 91.34IU/ml.8~11 month-old infants was higher than that of 0-7-month-old infants (t = 5.16). The positive rate of measles antibody in 7-month-old infants decreased with the increase of age (蠂 ~ (2) 136.51 / P0.01). The antibody level of infants in 7-month-old group was the lowest (GMC = 17.41 IU/ml;). However, the positive rate of antibody increased with the increase of age (蠂 ~ 2 + 49.53 / P0.01). The antibody level of infants immunized with measles vaccine was higher than that without immunization history (t 9.24 P0.01). The positive rate of measles antibody in 249 women of childbearing age was 94.38, and the protective rate of antibody was 50.20%. The antibody GMC in the age group of 29 ~ 35 years was higher than that in the group of 18 ~ 28 years old (t = 5.47, P0.01), the antibody GMC in the group with immunological history was lower than that in the group without immune history (t = 6.76, P 0.01), and the antibody GMC in those with a history of disease was higher than that in the group without a history of disease (t = 13.42, P 0.01). Conclusion the level of measles antibody in infants of childbearing age women is low. It is necessary to improve the vaccination rate of first dose of MCV in time and to adjust the first dose of MCV vaccination in real time to promote the work of eliminating measles by means of comprehensive immunization prevention measures such as inoculation of the first dose of MCV and inoculation of women of childbearing age.
