中药正肝汤对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血清瘦素、脂联素水平以及胰岛素抵抗影响的分析

【摘要】：目的分析中药正肝汤对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血清瘦素、脂联素水平以及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选择2015年12月~2016年5月我院收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者90例作为研究对象,按进入医院的编号分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组患者进行口服维生素C和易善服的治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行中药正肝汤治疗,全部患者进行为期3个月的治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的血清瘦素、脂联素水平以及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果观察组患者的血清瘦素、脂联素水平以及胰岛素抵抗指数明显要比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的过程中,利用中药正肝汤治疗在很大程度上能够有效促进患者血清瘦素、脂联素水平以及胰岛素抵抗指数的显著提升,值得在临床应用过程中进行大力的推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of Zhenggan decoction on serum leptin, adiponectin and insulin resistance in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016 were divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The patients in the control group were treated with oral vitamin C and Yi Shan suit, the patients in the observation group were treated with Zhenggan decoction on the basis of the control group, and all the patients were treated for three months. The serum leptin after treatment was compared between the two groups. Adiponectin levels and insulin resistance index. Results the serum leptin, adiponectin levels and insulin resistance index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion during the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis, the treatment with Zhenggan decoction can effectively promote the elevation of serum leptin, adiponectin and insulin resistance index. It is worth popularizing in the process of clinical application.
