【摘要】：正患者女,59岁,3年前开始无诱因出现乏力,骨髓穿刺检查诊断为骨髓增生异常综合征,口服"泼尼松、叶酸、沙利度胺"等药物治疗后症状改善。1个月前出现发热,呈不规则热型,最高体温达40.0℃,咳少量白色黏痰,无寒战、胸痛、咯血等症状,予抗炎、退热治疗,于发热后1周出现全身红色丘疹,活检结果示"倾向脂肪炎症性病变",
