野生白化喜马拉雅旱獭体内寄生虫检测与控制

【摘要】:目的调查白化旱獭重要病原体的自然感染状况,为建立白化旱獭寄生虫学质量控制标准提供依据。方法对21只野生的白化旱獭和30只正常毛色旱獭采用粪便检查法和血清学方法检测了蠕虫、弓形体、棘球蚴等体内寄生虫感染情况。结果 51只野生白化喜马拉雅旱獭和正常毛色旱獭检出蠕虫1种,弓形体和棘球蚴抗体检测结果均为阴性。应用阿苯达唑片剂和伊维菌素注射液进行了旱獭体内寄生虫驱虫和净化,效果良好。结论监测结果初步表明白化旱獭寄生虫学质量符合种群动物的寄生虫要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the natural infection status of important pathogens in marmota albino and to provide evidence for the establishment of parasitological quality control standard of marmot albino. Methods 21 wild marmots and 30 normal hairy marmots were tested for parasites infection in worms, toxoplasmosis and echinococcus by fecal examination and serological methods. Results one species of worms was detected in 51 wild albino marmots and normal hairy marmots. The results of antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii and echinococcus were negative. Albendazole tablets and ivermectin injection were used to deworming and purifying the parasites of Marmota marmota. Conclusion the results showed that the parasitological quality of Marmota albino met the parasite requirements of the population.
