【摘要】：正患者,女,21岁,有家禽接触史,因发热伴咳嗽、咳痰5 d于2013年2月7日入院,体温最高40℃,出现咳嗽、咳痰,当地诊所治疗无明显好转就诊我院急诊科。双肺CT检查显示:双肺肺炎、右侧胸腔积液;血常规提示白细胞减少,收住我院血液内科治疗。入院后持续高热,伴胸闷、气促及心悸。体格检查:唇甲紫绀,咽充血,双侧扁桃体Ⅱ°肿大,双肺呼吸
