河南省成人艾滋病阳性家庭流行病学特征分析

【摘要】：目的了解河南省成人艾滋病阳性家庭流行病学特征及家庭内成人HIV阳性者的免疫状况。方法通过"河南省艾滋病感染家庭随访管理分析系统"和"河南省艾滋病防治数据综合分析系统"收集河南省艾滋病阳性成人家庭相关资料,对其流行病学特征和HIV阳性者的免疫状况进行分析。结果 2011年,河南省有艾滋病成人阳性家庭25 188个,其中HIV阳性人员29 812人;艾滋病成人阳性家庭主要分布在豫东南地区,家庭内HIV阳性人员以35~54岁组为主,占71.37%,83.90%(25 013/29 812)的HIV阳性者接受(过)抗病毒治疗,经血传播者在治构成比为84.82%(19 775/23 313),高于其他传播途径(χ2=1 692.920,P=0.000);有72.36%(21 573人)的人HIV阳性者进行了CD4计数检测(CD4M:393 cells/μL,IQR:238~506 cells/μL),47.97%(14 302人)的人进行了病毒载量检测(VL);按照家庭类型和传播途径不同对家庭内HIV阳性者CD4计数和VL结果分析,经性途径传播HIV阳性人员HIV病毒量较高,治疗率较低。结论河南省艾滋病阳性家庭规模大,HIV阳性人员以壮年居多。经性途径传播HIV阳性人员是治疗、救助和帮扶的重点人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of adult HIV-positive families in Henan province and the immune status of HIV-positive adults in the family. Methods the family follow-up management and analysis system of HIV infection in Henan province and the comprehensive analysis system of data on prevention and treatment of AIDS in Henan province were used to collect the relevant data of adult families with HIV positive in Henan province. The epidemiological characteristics and immune status of HIV positive patients were analyzed. Results in 2011, there were 25,188 adult AIDS positive families in Henan Province, among which 29,812 were HIV positive. Adult HIV positive families were mainly distributed in southeastern Henan Province. The majority of HIV positive persons in the family were 35 / 54 years old, accounting for 71.37%, 83.90% (25 013 / 29 812) of HIV positive persons received (over) antiviral therapy. The proportion of patients treated with blood transmission was 84.82% (19 775 / 23 313), which was higher than that of other transmission routes (蠂 2 / 1 692.920, P < 0.000). CD4 counts (CD4M:393 cells/ 渭 L, IQR:238~506 cells/ 渭 L) were detected in 72.36% (21,573 persons) of HIV positive patients, and (VL); was detected in 47.97% (14,302 people) of them. According to the type of family and different transmission routes, the CD4 count and VL results of HIV positive persons in the family were analyzed. The results showed that the HIV virus quantity was higher and the treatment rate was lower in sexually transmitted HIV positive persons. Conclusion the size of HIV-positive families in Henan Province is large, and the majority of HIV-positive persons are adults. Sexually transmitted HIV positive people are the focus of treatment, relief and assistance.
