同伴教育对大学生艾滋病知信行的影响

【摘要】:目的评价同伴教育对大学生艾滋病知识态度行为的影响。方法对300名欲加入某大学艾滋病同伴教育阳光站的大一新生进行为期3个月的性知识、性观念及艾滋病知识的同伴教育,比较干预前后大学生艾滋病知识、态度及可能危险行为变化,评价干预效果。结果同伴教育后大学生艾滋病知识正确率及态度正向率均较干预前提高,如果发生性行为时使用安全套的比例增加,差异有统计学意义。但教育前后认为自己可能会发生非婚性行为的比例差异无统计学意义。结论短期的结合性知识、性观念的艾滋病同伴教育能提高大学生的艾滋病知识水平及正向态度,提高大学生性行为时使用安全套的比例,但对于降低艾滋病危险性行为的效果尚不十分理想。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of peer education on AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior among college students. Methods 300 freshmen who wanted to join the Sunshine Station of AIDS peer education in a university were given peer education on sex knowledge, sexual concept and AIDS knowledge for a period of 3 months, and the AIDS knowledge of college students before and after intervention was compared. Change of attitude and possible dangerous behavior, evaluate the effect of intervention. Results after peer education, the correct rate of AIDS knowledge and the positive rate of attitude of college students were higher than those before intervention. If the proportion of condom use increased during sexual intercourse, the difference was statistically significant. However, there was no significant difference in the proportion of people who thought they might have non-marital sex before and after education. Conclusion short-term sexual knowledge and sexual concept of AIDS peer education can improve the level of AIDS knowledge and positive attitude of college students, and increase the proportion of college students using condoms when they have sex. However, the effect of reducing AIDS risk behavior is not very ideal.
