耐多药结核病的诊断方法及其新型药物概述

【摘要】：正耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)是结核病预防和控制的最大挑战,也是导致结核病患者死亡的最主要的原因。MDR-TB流行与肺结核死亡率和发病率增加密切相关,部分原因是由耐药结核病的诊疗延误和治疗失效导致的耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)由至少对利福平和异烟肼两个关键一线抗结核药物同时耐药的结核分枝杆
[Abstract]:Positive multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is the biggest challenge to tuberculosis prevention and control, and is also the leading cause of death among tuberculosis patients. The MDR-TB epidemic is closely related to the increase in tuberculosis mortality and incidence. This is partly due to the fact that multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), which is caused by delays in the diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis, branches from at least two key antituberculosis drugs, rifampicin and isoniazid, which are simultaneously resistant to drugs.
