以天疱疮样皮疹为首发症状的二期梅毒误诊1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女,57岁,口腔科医生。因全身起水泡、糜烂3个月,于2016年3月3日至我科门诊就诊。患者诉2015年12月无明显诱因前胸、后背出现数个水疱,皮疹渐增多并泛发至头皮、四肢,水疱易破溃成糜烂面,自觉糜烂面疼痛,无发热、头痛、关节肌肉酸痛等症状。2016年1月22日就诊于当地医院皮肤科,诊断为天疱疮,给予口服泼尼松片30 mg,
