浙江省温州市牛带绦虫感染1例

【摘要】：正患者周某,男,36岁,汉族,浙江省瑞安市人,从事锻造行业,现住瑞安市区。2016年11月末常感觉肛门瘙痒,排便时发现乳白色节片,长约10 cm。12月7日出现胃胀、胃痛,至瑞安市人民医院行胃镜检查,未见明显异常。此后,患者陆续排出节片。2017年2月3日自行服用史克肠虫清驱虫(剂量不详),次日排出大量白色节片。2月26日患者又排出大量节片(可蠕动),遂携带节片到瑞安市人民医院进行虫体鉴定,医院拟诊断为"猪带绦虫节片",嘱其到上级医疗机构作进一步鉴定。3月1日患者携节片至温州医科大学附属第一医院、温州医科大学寄生虫
[Abstract]:Zhou Mou, male, 36 years old, Han nationality, Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, engaged in forging industry, now lives in Ruian urban area. At the end of November 2016, milky white slices were often found when defecating, stomach distension and stomachache occurred on the 7th of 10 cm.12, and no obvious abnormality was found in Ruian people's Hospital. Since then, the patients have discharged node tablets one after another. On February 3, 2017, they took Shike Changshiqing to exorcise insects (the dose is unknown), and the next day, a large number of white slices were discharged. On February 26, the patients discharged a large number of slices (peristaltic), so they took them to Ruian people's Hospital for insect body identification, and the hospital intended to be diagnosed as "Taenia solium". He was told to go to a higher medical institution for further identification. On March 1, the patient took the joint tablets to the first affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University and the parasite of Wenzhou Medical University.
