【摘要】:水貂阿留申病(AMD)是由水貂阿留申病毒(AMDV)引起的一种慢性传染性疾病。为了进一步了解我国水貂阿留申病的流行情况,本研究在2013~2014年间,从我国黑龙江、河北、山东、辽宁和吉林5个主要的水貂养殖省份中收集了126748份样品,采用CIEP法进行检测,并对结果进行分析。黑龙江省共检测了63799头份,阳性率为29%;山东省检测了23452头份,阳性率为54%;河北省检测了4570头份,阳性率为44%;辽宁省检测了26927头份,阳性率为24%;吉林省检测了8000头份,阳性率为67%。表明黑龙江省和辽宁省的阳性率相对较低,吉林省,山东省和河北省阳性率较高,结果显示整体阳性率在36%。本研究对黑龙江省帽儿山地区的部分水貂养殖场的患病率进行对比其中阳性率最低为13%,阳性率最高为85%。整体阳性率较低但部分养殖厂该疾病危害严重;随后又对国内五个采取防控措施的养殖场进行为期一年的跟踪调查,发现阳性率下降了6%~25%,效果明显;为进一步验证水貂阿留申病对产仔率的影响,对某养殖场2013年和2014年的水貂患病率和群平均产仔数进行统计,得出水貂阿留申病阳性率下降了8%,貂群平均产仔成活数增加了0.55个,显示水貂阿留申病影响产仔率。实验中首次大批量应用水貂阿留申病胶体金试纸条与对流免疫电泳的结果进行对比,结果显示两种方法的符合率高达88%,且胶体金试纸条具有快速、易操作、灵敏等优点,可成为未来阿留申病检测的新方法。建议国内消除AMD可利用胶体金试纸条和对流免疫电泳法相结合,采取养殖场层面淘汰阿留申病貂的策略,通过8~10年时间可将国内AMD的阳性率控制在5%以下。本调查研究为国内水貂阿留申病的预防和控制提供了参考和基础数据。
[Abstract]:Mink Aleutian disease (AMDD) is a chronic infectious disease caused by mink Aleutian virus (AMDV). In order to further understand the prevalence of Aleutian disease in mink in China. In this study, 126748 samples were collected from 5 major mink breeding provinces in Heilongjiang, Hebei, Shandong, Liaoning and Jilin provinces in 2013 and 2014. The results were analyzed by CIEP method. A total of 63799 samples were detected in Heilongjiang Province, and the positive rate was 29. 23452 samples were tested in Shandong Province, and the positive rate was 54 pieces. 4570 samples were tested in Hebei Province, and the positive rate was 44. 26927 samples were tested in Liaoning Province, and the positive rate was 24. The positive rate of 8000 samples was detected in Jilin province, and the positive rate was 670.The results showed that the positive rate of Heilongjiang Province and Liaoning Province was relatively low, and the positive rate of Jilin Province, Shandong Province and Hebei Province was higher. The results showed that the overall positive rate was 36. This study compared the prevalence of some mink farms in Maoershan, Heilongjiang Province, among which the lowest positive rate was 13%. The highest positive rate was 85. The overall positive rate was lower but the disease was serious in some aquaculture plants. Then five domestic farms that take preventive and control measures were followed up for one year and the positive rate was found to have dropped by 6% and the effect was obvious. In order to further verify the effect of Aleutian disease on litter size, the prevalence of mink and the average litter size in a farm on 2013 and 2014 were analyzed. The results showed that the positive rate of Aleutian disease in mink decreased by 8%, and the average litter survival increased by 0.55. The results showed that Aleutian disease of mink had an effect on litter yield. In the experiment, the results of colloidal gold test strip of Aleutian disease of mink were compared with the results of convection immunoelectrophoresis. The results showed that the coincidence rate of the two methods was as high as 88%. The colloidal gold strip has the advantages of fast, easy to operate and sensitive, so it can be a new method for the detection of Aleutian disease in the future. It is suggested that the domestic elimination of AMD can be combined with colloidal gold test strip and convection immunoelectrophoresis. Adopt the strategy of eliminating Aleutian mink at farm level. The positive rate of AMD in China can be controlled below 5% in 8 ~ 10 years. This investigation provides reference and basic data for the prevention and control of Aleutian disease in mink.
