青贮方法对饲用型四倍体刺槐叶青贮饲料发酵品质的影响

【摘要】:为了克服饲料型四倍体刺槐新鲜叶片水分含量相对较高、可溶性碳水化合物含量低、缓冲能力高对其青贮发酵品质的不利影响,本研究以新鲜饲用型四倍体刺槐叶为原料,按照减少水分含量(阴干)、采用发酵促进剂(添加碳水化合物——麸皮和蔗糖)、采用发酵抑制剂(添加甲酸甲醛混合液)共3条技术思路,采用单因素和多因素组合技术措施共设8个处理组,对四倍体刺槐叶青贮饲料的发酵品质进行比较分析,以期对四倍体刺槐幼嫩枝叶青贮技术的推广提供基础资料,试验结论表明:(1)本研究选用的单纯减少水分含量、单纯使用发酵促进剂——蔗糖和单纯使用发酵抑制剂——甲酸甲醛混合物3条技术路线,均可一定程度改善青贮饲料的发酵品质,其中单纯减少水分含量和单纯使用发酵促进剂——蔗糖对改善氨氮占总氮比值均有不利影响,3者对于改善青贮发酵品质的作用效果为发酵抑制剂发酵促进剂降低发酵底物水分含量。(2)单纯使用发酵促进剂——麸皮处理,从表面看属于单一因素处理,但其作用的实质是发挥了减少水分含量与提高可溶性糖两因素的共同作用,因而其效果远优于单一因素处理,故也可从作用效果角度将其视为二因素的组合处理。(3)多因素的组合处理,在改善青贮发酵品质方面总体表现为具有一定的“组合效应”,其对于改善青贮发酵品质的作用效果为三因素组合二因素组合单因素处理。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the adverse effects of relatively high water content and low soluble carbohydrate content in fresh leaves of forage tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia and high buffering capacity on the silage fermentation quality of Robinia pseudoacacia L. In this study, fresh tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia leaves were used as raw materials, according to the reduction of water content (dry, fermenting accelerator (add carbohydrate-bran and sucrose)). The fermentation inhibitor (formic acid formaldehyde mixed solution) was used in three technical ideas, and 8 treatment groups were set up by single factor and multi-factor combination technique. The fermentation quality of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia leaf silage was compared and analyzed in order to provide basic data for popularizing the silage technology of young branches and leaves of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia. The results showed that: (1) in this study, the water content was reduced only, the mixture of -sucrose and formic acid formaldehyde was used as the only fermentation accelerator and the mixture of formic acid and formaldehyde was used only. All of them could improve the fermentation quality of silage to some extent, among which only reducing water content and using only fermentation accelerator-sucrose had adverse effects on improving the ratio of ammonia to total nitrogen. 3) the effect of fermentation inhibitor on improving the fermentation quality of silage was as follows: fermentation inhibitor, fermentation accelerator, reducing the moisture content of fermentation substrate, and only using fermentation accelerator-bran treatment. On the surface, it belongs to a single factor treatment, but the essence of its action is to play the role of reducing water content and increasing soluble sugar, so its effect is far better than that of single factor treatment. Therefore, it can also be regarded as a combination treatment of two factors from the point of view of effect. The combination treatment of multiple factors has a certain "combination effect" in improving the fermentation quality of silage. Its effect on improving fermentation quality of silage was three factors combination, two factors combination and single factor treatment.
