对做好基层兽药监管工作建议及措施

【摘要】：正基层兽药监管工作与广大养殖户、兽药经销户紧密相连、息息相关,点多面广,监管难度大、工作头绪多,如何走出一条适合基层兽药监管工作的路子是很值得探讨的问题。要做好基层兽药监管工作,主要是要理清思路,摸清底子,找准着力点,把握工作重点,创新监管机制,以监督为中心,以切实保障人民群众的身体健康,提高畜产品安全监管水平,结合笔者10多年从事兽药监管工作的经验与体会,应重点从以下几个方面加大兽药监管力度。1加大法律、法规的宣传力度为扩大《兽药管理条例》的影响,增强行政执法人员依法行政意识,提高群众对兽药质量意识和维权意识,一是要
