20味中药对奶牛隐性乳房炎3种病原菌体外抑菌效果比较

【摘要】：为了研究蒲公英、鱼腥草等20味中药对从隐性乳房炎奶牛乳汁中分离的大肠杆菌、链球菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌效果,试验采用打孔法和试管二倍稀释法进行了体外抑菌试验以及测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。试验结果表明,蒲公英、鱼腥草、益母草、红花、金银花等5味中药对奶牛隐性乳房炎3种病原菌的综合抑制效果较好,达到了极度敏感或高度敏感,试验表明,蒲公英、鱼腥草、益母草、红花、金银花在一定程度上可作为治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎的首选药物。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bacteriostatic effect of 20 herbs such as dandelion and houttuynia on Escherichia coli, streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from the milk of recessive mastitis cows, The in vitro bacteriostatic test and the determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were carried out by perforation method and double dilution method in vitro. The results showed that dandelion, houttuynia, motherwort, safflower were used in the experiment. Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, such as honeysuckle, have a good comprehensive inhibitory effect on the three pathogens of recessive mastitis of dairy cows, and have reached extremely sensitive or highly sensitive. The experiment shows that dandelion, Houttuynia cordata, motherwort, safflower, etc. Flos Lonicerae can be used as the first choice for the treatment of recessive mastitis in dairy cows to some extent.
