内蒙古地区蓝舌病流行病学调查及相关传播媒介分布的研究

【摘要】:蓝舌病是由蓝舌病病毒引起的一种传染病,主要通过库蠓叮咬反刍动物,将其病原传播流行。世界动物卫生组织将蓝舌病归类为A类动物疫病,我国将其列为Ⅰ类动物传染病。库蠓是国际公认的蓝舌病传播媒介。目前,全世界的蠓科有125属5360余种,只有其中一小部分具有传播蓝舌病病毒的能力。已知的吸血蠓有4属1671种,我国已知的吸血蠓有3属414种。近年来,全球气候逐渐变暖,昆虫活动季节延长,使其繁殖时间延长,导致媒介数量越来越多。本次流行病学调查,自2013年6月-2015年2月,分别从内蒙古阿拉善盟、乌海市、巴彦淖尔市、鄂尔多斯市、包头市、呼和浩特市、乌兰察布市、赤峰市、锡林郭勒盟、通辽市、兴安盟11个盟市采集羊血清及抗凝血6199份,牛血清及抗凝血796份。其中,检测出阳性羊2199只,感染率为35.47%;检测出阳性牛93只,感染率为11.68%,羊的感染率高于牛的感染率。并且分别从动物品种、年龄、性别、各方位等因素进行比较。利用灯光诱捕法捕捉内蒙古阿拉善盟、巴彦淖尔市、鄂尔多斯市、呼和浩特市、赤峰市、锡林郭勒盟、通辽市、兴安盟8个盟市地区库蠓共1132只,调查发现并鉴定内蒙古地区库蠓7种,分别为刺螫库蠓(Culicoides punctatus)、环斑库蠓(Culicoides circumscriptus)、蒙古库蠓(Culicoides mongolensis)、异域库蠓(Culicoides peregrines)、尖喙库蠓(Culicoides oxystoma)、东方库蠓(Culicoides orientalis)、琉球库蠓(Culicoides actoni),其中刺螫库蠓(Culicoides punctatus)332只,环斑库蠓(Culicoides circumscriptus)276只,蒙古库蠓(Culicoides mongolensis)231只,为该区优势种群。
[Abstract]:Bluetongue is an infectious disease caused by bluetongue virus, which is mainly transmitted by biting ruminants by Culicoides. The World Organization of Animal Health classifies bluetongue as a class A animal epidemic. Curicoides is an internationally recognized transmission vector of bluetongue disease. At present, there are more than 125 genera and 5360 species of Ceratopogonidae in the world. Only a small number of them have the ability to transmit bluetongue virus. There are 4 genera 1671 species of blood-sucking midges and 414 species of known blood sucking midges in China. In recent years, the global climate has become warmer and the insect activity season has been prolonged. This epidemiological survey, from June 2013 to February 2015, was conducted from Alashan League, Wuhai City, Bayannur City, Ordos City, Baotou City and Hohhot City, respectively. In Wulanchabu, Chifeng, Xilinguole, Tongliao and XingUNITA 11 league cities, 6199 sheep serum and anticoagulant blood samples were collected, and 796 bovine serum and anticoagulant blood samples were collected. Of these, 2,199 positive sheep were detected, with an infection rate of 35.47 and 93 positive cattle were detected. The infection rate of sheep was 11.68, and the infection rate of sheep was higher than that of cattle. The animal species, age, sex, orientation and other factors were compared. The light trapping method was used to capture Inner Mongolia Alashan League, Bayannur City, Ordos City, etc. There are 1132 Culicoides in Hohhot, Chifeng, Xilingol League, Tongliao City and XingUNITA City, and 7 species of Culicoides have been found and identified in Inner Mongolia. They are Culicoides punctatus, Culicoides circumscriptus, Culicoides mongolenensis, Culicoides peregrinesus, Culicoides oxystomia, Culicoides orientalisus, Culicoides actoniae, respectively. It is the dominant population in this area.
