海晏县加强草业建设发展意见

【摘要】：草地是牲畜饲草料的直接供体,是牧民赖以生存发展最重要的自然资源。然而,近年来随着社会的发展、环境的变化、草地利用方式的不合理等,导致草地出现了不同程度的退化,但是牲畜的存栏量并未因此而减少,于是出现了草少畜多的现象。过度放牧增加了草场的压力,导致草地退化,如此恶性循环。如何解决在保护草场,防止其进一步恶化的情况下,不减少甚至增加牲畜存栏量这一问题,就需要加强草业建设,提高草地生产力。本文将对如何加强海晏县草业建设的问题提出如下粗浅看法。
[Abstract]:Grassland is the direct donor of livestock forage and the most important natural resource for herdsmen to survive and develop. However, in recent years, with the development of society, the change of environment, the unreasonable utilization of grassland, etc. This has led to varying degrees of grassland degradation, but the stock of livestock has not been reduced, which has led to the phenomenon of less grass and more livestock. Overgrazing has increased the pressure on the pasture and led to the degradation of the grassland. Such a vicious circle. How to solve the problem of not reducing or even increasing the stock of livestock under the condition of protecting pastures and preventing their further deterioration, we need to strengthen the construction of the grassland industry. This paper puts forward the following views on how to strengthen the construction of grassland industry in Haiyan County.
