高效降解棉酚菌株的选育及发酵棉粕最佳工艺的研究

【摘要】:利用醋酸棉酚作为唯一碳源,筛选出一株高效降解棉酚的菌株RE-1。通过扫描电镜和16S rRNA分子学鉴定该菌为红平红球菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis),Gen Bank序列登录号为KR906527。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察固体LB培养基和棉酚培养基中的RE-1菌株可知,棉酚会通过破坏菌体细胞膜通透性的方式来抑制RE-1的生长。实验确定的棉粕最优发酵条件为RE-1接种量20%、时间8 d、温度34℃、p H 5.0、料水比1∶0.5,最优条件下棉酚的降解率达到72.54%,棉粕中粗蛋白质含量提高了21.38%,粗纤维含量降低了20.26%,释放出营养物质,提高了棉粕的消化利用率。
[Abstract]:Gossypol acetate was used as the sole carbon source. A highly efficient gossypol degrading strain RE-1 was screened. The strain was identified by scanning electron microscopy and 16s rRNA molecular analysis as Rhodococcus erythropolisus Genin Bank accession number KR906527. The solid LB medium and gossypol medium were observed by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The RE-1 strains in the. Gossypol can inhibit the growth of RE-1 by destroying cell membrane permeability.
