【摘要】：正建设和完善动物防疫体系,提高动物疫病的预防和控制能力,是实现养殖业持续稳定健康发展的前提条件,也是保障食品安全和公共卫生安全的必然要求。加强动物防疫体系建设是保障公共卫生安全的需要,是促进养殖业持续健康发展的需要,是增加农民收入,繁荣农村经济的需要,是提高我国动物产品国际竞争力的需要,是维护生态平衡和履行国际公约的需要。
[Abstract]:The establishment and improvement of animal epidemic prevention systems and the ability to prevent and control animal epidemics are prerequisites for the sustainable, stable and healthy development of the breeding industry. It is also an inevitable requirement for ensuring food safety and public health safety. Strengthening the construction of animal epidemic prevention systems is the need to ensure public health safety, to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the aquaculture industry, and to increase farmers' income. The need to prosper the rural economy is the need to improve the international competitiveness of animal products in China, and the need to maintain ecological balance and fulfill international conventions.
