某集约化猪场猪瘟、蓝耳病抗体水平监测及免疫程序分析和完善

【摘要】:猪瘟(Classical swine fever,CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是全世界养猪业危害较大的两大疫病。本研究选取大型猪场内猪群作为研究对象,进行猪场定期CSF和PRRS血清抗体水平监测,并通过不同的免疫途径,检测抗体效价结果,确定更合适的免疫程序,以期为疫病的防控和流行病学调查提供科学依据。本研究于2013年-2014年对某大型猪场血清用CSF和PRRS相应的抗体或抗原检测试剂盒检测分析了两个不同免疫程序下的猪群免疫抗体水平和感染情况。2014年3月前CSF按6周龄首免,8周龄二免,28周龄三免。此阶段,我们每个月随即采取4周龄仔猪、8周龄和11周龄仔猪血液各30份进行CSF抗原抗体检测,共检测了5次,结果4周龄仔猪猪瘟母源抗体平均阳性率和抗原平均阳性率分别为36.00%和6.67%,8周龄和11周龄仔猪猪瘟抗体平均阳性率和猪瘟抗原平均阳性率分别为47.03%、60.67%和1.33%、0%;2014年3月后调整免疫将首免提前至4周龄,7周龄二免,28周龄三免。此阶段,我们每个月随即采取免疫前4周龄仔猪、6周龄和10周龄仔猪血液各30份进行CSF抗原抗体检测,共检测了5次,结果4周龄仔猪猪瘟母源抗体平均阳性率和抗原平均阳性率分别为36.66%和0.67%,6周龄和10周龄仔猪猪瘟抗体平均阳性率和猪瘟抗原平均阳性率分别为62.00%、70.67%和0%、0%。统计学分析表明,两种免疫效果组间差异显著,其中,4周龄的血清检测两种免疫程序差异不显著(P0.05),而其他两个阶段的检测结果,4周龄首免要优于6周龄首免(P0.05),说明猪瘟疫苗首免选择在仔猪28日龄左右效果好。同时PRRS采用两种免疫程序进行免疫效果试验,4周龄首免PRRS疫苗的仔猪,15周龄和33周龄PRRS抗体平均阳性率分别为85.33%和91.33%;1周龄首免PRRS疫苗的仔猪,15周龄和33周龄时PRRS抗体平均阳性率分别为94.67%和98.00%。两者差异不显著(P0.05),该猪场PRRS疫苗免疫效果比较理想。
