高效液相色谱-DAD法检测饲料中苯基脲类农药残留

【摘要】:本文建立了用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法(HPLC-DAD)测定饲料样品中苯基脲类农药残留分析方法。测定中使用C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈和水,采用溶剂梯度结合波长和流速梯度等洗脱技术。实验结果表明:6种农药在20 min内实现了基线分离,线性相关系数≥0.9990,检出限为0.2~1.0 mg/L,平均回收率为83.6%~93.9%,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.24%~4.64%,该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of phenylurea pesticide residues in feed samples by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) was established. The determination was performed on a 250 mm 脳 4.6 mm ~ (5 渭 m) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water.
